Are the ear cups replaceable ? Good headphones can be replaced, cheap ones can't as they are glued in place

Can one use a skirt and seatback simultanously? Looks like the rear strap gets in the way!

@@borasoysal5723 packrafts are not renowned for tracking or speed, they all move pretty much the same and any difference is largely down to the skill of the paddler rather than the packraft itself.
Great review! Very interested in getting one and i noticed you mentioned YKK but i wasnt able to confirm that on he product page. Just wanted to confirm with you these use genuine YKK zippers?

@@MoreThanJustaCleaner this is an offhand comment, but if you had to compare this with the advanced elements elite 1009 (the 13 ft one i believe), which one would you choose as the best overall pick? I'm currently debating between the two over best functionality, especially when in rougher waters

@@alycheeyeetz9659 as for the comparison, I've only had a brief go in the AE Convertible which is very stable too. If you watch my relatively recent Loch Ness video you can see The Machine paddling it in pretty crap conditions. As for me, I don't like closed cockpit boats, so I wouldn't pick it.

What would you change if you had the seats in?
@@lowlandlassie nothing really. I didn't put the seats in only so I didn't have to dry them out. Potentially the seat straps might have added grab points, but that's it.

I kind of explain it in the video just not fully. Wrap the straps with the D-ring on around the tree and carabinar it to the length that goes to the hammock. On the hammock itself tie the loose end on with a slip knot. To lock the knot in place , feed the trailing end through the slip knot loop.

Hello Karl what is the rough paddling time for this trip? Possibly going to hire from the Boat yard.
That's a tough one to say because it really depends on what type of craft you're in. As I recall, in the Story it took me about 2 hours there and back. In some of my other boats it would take longer, about 3hrs.
For choppy open water or coastal, the story style is my preferred kayak. The high lee board is nice when chop is constant. Fun too. I find it incredibly stable, but I have the Bonnlo off Amazon. 14ft for 495 with pump paddle ect.

Hi, im new to inflatable kayaks and ive just brought a SEVYLOR COLORADO PRO and was wondering if you think this pump would be good for it? Also any tips for a newbie would be appreciated. Also keep up the good work 😊
@@ianthorn4536 Hi there, welcome aboard 👍😁 I'm not sure what the Colorado inflates to... This pump would inflate to around 1psi. If the Colorado inflates to around 2psi it would do the lions share of the work and you'd need to top up by hand.

@@DarrenTurner-y5d you need a licence for some rivers and most canals. However considering I've never been asked to produce one, I say try it out first to see if you like it. If you happen to be stopped you can always explain that situation.
